I don't know why. You do present possible explanations. However I must point out that the chart looks bad. The stock is making lower highs, it has now dipped below the 25-day MA, and the 10-day MA is once again looking like it may continue it's downtrend to cross the 25-day MA (not a good sign) - this would mean that the 25-day MA will also turn down. A right-angle triangle pattern seems to be forming, and it is a bearish one.

The news about the Company sounds good. But that only seems to increase the volatility. Very short-term, Relative Strength says 'Buy'. Longer than that..........I won't call it.
