KSWS.

Charlie,

I would agree that the chart isn't flashing buy yet, although it is still close to and above support between 11 and 12. From that perspective, the risk to reward is very good. This is more of a fundamental play for me than a chart play but I suspect that the chart will confirm my belief that this stock is overdone on the downside. I just received an alert that the consensus estimate for the fourth quarter was raised from 47 cents per share to 49 cents per share. It could be that analysts have spoken to management and are fine tuning their estimates. There is no reasonable justification whatsoever for this stock to be trading at 6 x the 2000 estimate, 4 x 1999 earnings, 1.7 x its cash in the bank, and below book value. NKE is trading up over 2 right now and it is already trading at 24 x earnings. The market isn't always rationale, and I think it is treating KSWS very irrationally right now. I added to my personal position at 12 5/16 and will continue to add little by little if the stock drops more. My average cost is 13.37.

I hope that you made some money in GUMM. This is a long term hold for me although I trade small amounts of my position from time to time. I'm holding firm on this one and think that it will see 30+ soon.

Thanks for your comments.

Dan
