Yea, I saw that fund was one of the worst performers
of 1999 according to Business Week. I don't see how
a fund that "shorts" penny-stocks could lose but this
one lost big.

Another strange note: Warren Buffett's Berkshire-
Hathaway lost 22% last year!

It was a very strange year indeed on Wall Street.
