i was at the annual meeting and dinner the night before. mr long spent several hours with us answering questions. one thing was very clear. BLLS is quite concerned with shareholder value. if you look at the exec. reward structure you will see that the basis for the real gain, for all the top people, is stock value. i like that in a co as it motivates the decision makers to promote my stock value along with theirs.

we are coming up to the NAZ listing, that will be small cap at first i believe. there is also a financing package being arranged that has to co-ordinate with the listing. it will probably be a secondary but i am not positive.

this all leaves BLLS in some turmoil and facing a lot of unusual circumstances at this time. for sure there are deals that have not been announced. we were told to expect announcements in the near future for: SI/EDIFY, PAYTRUST, SPECTRUM, and MERCHANT TRUST.

mr long does not seem to be swayed by short term thinking. he repeatedly illustrated his desire to pass on short term gains when he felt that better long term decisions could be made.

yes, it is frustrating to know our stock price could be much higher if the co would just let go of the news they probably have. and if you are a short term trader this reasoning will not do you any good. but if you are long term on this stock i think you will be much happier a year from now with the way things are being handled.

after spending time face to face with mgt., their strength is a major reason i increased my position greatly after the annual meeting.
