Since this is a thread for serious investors, let's ask some serious
questions, which any serious investor should have good answers to
prior to investing serious money in any stock. My portfolio is over a
mil and it is self managed. Let's not throw stones.

These are the questions you should have answers to and I will list
answers for most.

Why did two CFO's leave during 1996. CFO's are legally accountable to
the SEC. How experienced is the new CFO? Not very.

Why has the VP Marketing left after two years? He couldn't find a job
sooner.

What is the combined value of stock options these people walked away
from? A lot.

Why have numerous engineers left in the past year, some having worked
only a few weeks? A good work environment?

Why are the two lines to be installed in Hungury 5 months behind schedule?
Read above question.

How did Aldila add 2.5M pounds of capacity, scheduled to complete in a
total of 12 months. Turn key operation, Zoltek's are self designed.

What is the status of the lines to installed in Abilene? Call the
business bureau and find the address, then call a local cab company and
give them your credit card number, have them go to the address and tell
you what they see.

What has the company done to vastly improve the operations of a bankrupt
company? Nothing we have been told.

How has Zoltek accounted for the dollar strengthening? No word.

What is the chance that the MV precursor will make good carbon fiber?
Other industry sources just laugh.

What is happening to Zoltek's market share since they announced added
lines? Falling.

What is the operational efficiency of the current line? A lot less
than 100%

How does this impact potential revenue from added lines? A lot.

What are Zoltek's products and how much sales volume from each?
Figure it out. But continuous fibers are third.

Why do others in the industry call Zoltek the Scrap King?

Having answered these questions for myself, the answers do not make
me want to invest. It's your money, demand better. How do they
announce such good results? You figure that out, I have my answer.

Regards

Jake
