Dan, The Lord did give us a beautiful place to live. I seen some great sunrises and sunsets in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. I even got to see the "Northern Lights" in Alaska. We were in the military for a few years. We never went overseas, but a lot on this Continent.
I live about 20 miles inland from the Gulf. So even though we're not on the beach, we're still close enough to see the sun setting over the Gulf. I think my next picture is going to be a desert sunset. My Mom lives in the desert, on the back side of the mountain from Palm Springs,CA. And she sends me beautiful photos of the sunsets there. But even driving down the country roads here, I have to thank the Lord for the beauty of it.
