I just watched the CEO on CNBC. She gave him a golden opportunity. He actually did good. Quaint, shall we say? When asked about his thoughts on earnings growth in the future he twice repeated 10% before sneaking in that 20% is expected in the "new" businesses(which if I recall are quite promising and expected to become at least 50% of Rev's over time). Of course, he just beat estimates...and he's as conservative as could be. Nice. And he went on and on with good news in general- all aspects of the year-ago announced plan when they went public are significantly ahead of schedule. Given current earnings, P.E. should soon become about 10 and less if the price didn't move. Nice. The P.E. needs to stay closer to 16, IMO. Based on foward P.E., that'd be 60% increase in stock price from here, fair value, perhaps, now. Is that conseverative enough? Had to get a little.
