I'd say that sort of black and white evaluation doesn't represent the real situation. I would think Hitachi has what they feel is an adequate defense, otherwise they wouldn't have broken off discussions with RMBS. Rich

Your are correct, but there will be an eventual outcome, just as there was in the QUALCOM vs ERICKSON suit. It is my understanding that Hitachi refused to even MEET with RAMBU$, even though several attempts to resolve the issues in question, without any legal action being taken, were offered by RAMBU$ and turned down by HITACHI.
