Yes, IFLO may get over that mini-resistance at 4 and then tackle the 5 resistance in a hurry. Volume remains light today (42,600) and the B/A still not favorable (20/28) with the spread 31/32 to 4

But it will probably going to have a move like the one WGNR had today,(it went though the mini-resistance at 3 and tackled the previous H at 4 in a hurry).
