From what I've read on this board and on CMGI's web site, I would very much like to be involved CMGI's Direct Share Program. To do so, however, I would have to sell some stock to get the cash. Before I do that, though, I have a question for those who already participate. If you own the 200 shares required post-split to qualify for participation, does this guarantee that, if so desired, you will get an allottment of an IPO offering, or does it just mean that your chances are improved?
