The problem with real time P&F is that you don't know if a move will be taken into consideration by days end. Lets say xyz is 100 and in O's with the last box at 100. The stock opens up and trades up 10 points and then settles back down and at 3.30 it hits $99. The chart would show only another O at 99 and nothing on the 10 point reversal. LEts say the stock went up 6 to 106 then settled back to 100 then rose back to 108. That would be a double top buy signal, but at days close it settled back to $99. No buy signal would show and only an O would show at $99. So you never know until the last sale how the chart will play out. Now if you had a one hour update like one hour was one day that woudl be a different story. T
