I have to say this. RE: CREE...is doesn't matter a whit what number of shares the institutions pile on. That has absolutely zero to do with that company's efforts to make bucks. Do not make any investment decision based on what they buy, because they can also sell it faster thn you can. What counts is what the COMPANY does!
