Heinz,

They may not care about the bubble being pricked, but they know it will be done if they continue the print-a-thon. I DO believe they would like to see an asset reallocation from the big caps to the beaten down value stocks & small caps.

That just happens to flow perfectly with my forecast for the year on the SPX & DOW, which calls for the high for the year to be made in early to mid March, followed by several months of a trading range where that high is tested on several occasions, followed by a decline into the fall that bottoms in Sept/Oct. I'm looking for the high to come in around 1590-1630 SPX/12600-13000 Dow, and the low in the fall to come in around 1470-1500 SPX/11800-12100 Dow. Meanwhile, the small caps could rally all year.

Regards,

David
