Chaz my point simply being that many times institutions are privy to information we are not. Their buying would tend imply they like what they see 'under the hood' (i.e. stuff that we don't know about). Notice I said 'tend'. Just another piece of data that would be of interest to me. Part of the puzzle if you will. Thanks for your concern though :-)
