Karl,

Today, the Bre-X IR department sent to me a new map with the drill locations per my request.

As you may recall there was one "no significant intercept" hole on SEZ-45.25 andtwo on SEZ-46.5 that I did not have the locations. Well the bad news is that two of the bad holes are in the middle, in an area I'd expect to find substantial gold, as the lines immediately above and below are the fencelines that powered Bre-X into the stratosphere in the first place. One of these holes (SEZ-46.5 BSSE-246) is pretty close, relatively speaking (about 125 meters) from Freeport's SEZ-49 BSSE-63. SEZ-45.25 BSSE-341 is within 100 meters to several previously reported superholes, so that is disappointing. So even assuming Freeport screwed up, there is definitely an area within the meat of zone that I had assumed there was gold where there is none. On a much more positive note, the best two holes from yesterday's release (SEZ-46.5 BSSE-250 and 251) are on the left side of the strike, near other previously announced good holes, solidifying that area.
