MAPICS Inc. Selects Networks North Inc. to Deliver Online Training Software

(NASDAQ:NETN - news), a leading provider of eLearning solutions through its 100% owned subsidiary Interlynx Multimedia Inc., today announced that it has developed an online presenter/rapid development tool PROFIS ON-LINE PRESENTER (POP) -- to facilitate rapid, cost-effective, in-house development of online learning. POP, along with a first on-line course, has been delivered to MAPICS Inc., one of the world's leading providers of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application software specifically designed for the business needs of manufacturers.
PROFIS ON-LINE PRESENTER (POP), is a video and slide presenter that combines on-line testing capabilities. `Significant return on investment is critical to the success of the MAPICS enterprise,` said Craig McKay, Director of Training for the MAPICS Business Academy, speaking about his company's reasons for choosing the POP tool. `This is a very cost-effective way to deliver training with very little lead time.
