. Why would Intel be shaking in its boots? 3com and usrx are not in the
microprocessor business. Also, would you rather have Grove as your CEO
or 3com's snake oil salesman.

Frank,

INTC has very little room to grow in the microproccessor business. They have most of it now. Yes they have cash. They need another business for expansion. INTC does not seem to have the ability to compete with COMS or CSCO in the networking department. They are a chip maker pure and simple.

I likely have as much stake in USRX as most people here. I have taken a real killing during the last three months in the networking sector in general. You made a comment about Eric A. Benhamou; "snake oil man" I believe. It is this way. Mr. Benhamou has done a wonderful job with COMS. I know little about him only that he has been CEO a long time. I am certain Andrew S. Grove has also done a wonderful job with INTC. The fact remains my USRX securities will become COMS. If I do not like the performance of Mr. Benhamou, during the next proxy I have the right to vote against him being CEO. That is the real corporate world. I do not call the people that run the companies I own "snake oil salesman". I treat them with respect and hope they are making every effort to make a good return on my investment.

Glenn
