Gentlemen, I think we can expect worse from Seagate tomorrow as this news may alarm some folks: biz.yahoo.com Seagate has long been the primary battler with the shell company that is Rodime over their claim to patent protection on the 3.5 inch form factor. Looks like Seagate may wind up having to pony up some money but only if, and when, it loses a jury trial. On the other hand, looks like WDC is exiting the enterprise drive space.
