Perhaps you misread something. The fact is that these shares were already converted and this was confirmed by the SEC filing dated 1/12.

Stan, I suggest you go back and read the filing carefully. The company registered 6.3 million shares so the loan sharks can convert for the common anytime after SEC registration. They're shorting the stocks and while some shares may have been converted, more conversion will follow soon.
