Nothing Bill. My focus is on cutting benefits. I think its amusing that you seem to care about this particular tax increase but the other gross increases (which were even more unfair since they were regressive) got a yawn from you - and your defense of the elderly.

What - you don't thing winning wwII is worth 15.3% of any stock market gains? Even though hardly any of the current recipients are wwII veterans, they at least THOUGHT about it, and heck, thats worth another 5% right there!
