The CC was a huge success. I had the opportunity to hear it yesterday, unfortunately I have not had the time to make a lengthy post.

Our guys hit it out of the park! They had the aplomb that can only come with the knowledge of impending greatness.

They were not interrogated but spoke with the authority that only they can have with their knowledge of digital programming. I am restricted with time so forgive any typo's. I will do my best to recant.

A woman from CSFB said that the road show started well since we were already up almost 5 points. This could continue if received well by investors.

I am now going to quote ACTV management as best as I can. Most of the comments come from Bill Samuels although Reese, Crowley, and Cline had almost equal time.

ACTV Management:
Samuels cites AT&T's Armstrong as having a common purpose with us but later goes on to say that, "AT&T, AOL/Time Warner don't have the answer, its not middleware, its not static Web browsing its better programming more compelling content! We are going to be the largest digital meia company in the United States! We have the products, the patents, the partners and the people to make it happen. You see people with gray hair sitting her not a bunch of kids, why? We have been in this business for ten years. Turner, Viacom are our partners. We have 18 patents for ecommerce, the Internet, indivdualized TV etc. We know what we are doing.

We are going to generate REAL DOLLARS!
We have four major markets to generate revenue:

1- HyperTV Imagine networks relying on Nielson for information about how many people are watching their show when we can tell them what they want, what they think and what they want to buy. Meanwhile making enormous amount of revenues through advertising and ecommerce.

2-PPV Mentioned NASCAR, Super Bowl, BB Finals WWF. One event,1m subs @ $20 generates $10m to the JV. Most of it goes to the bottom line. (They were later asked about MSO carriage agreements, Samuels responnded, "[We don't need carriage agreements for HyperTV, nor do we need them for advertising or PPV. iNDEMAND has the carriage agreements and JOHN MALONE procures the rights. I think David Reese laughed and said that is why we don't worry about the negotiatiang for broadcast rights.) It is a money making machine.

# Digital ADCO $50 b market and we are the onlt game in town when it comes to local addressable advertising. Crowley, "This is what everyone thinks is the Holy Grail".
EVERY AD WE GET A PIECE AND A STRIKING FEE.

4- The Fox Sports Net Regionals. 40% of all subscrpition fees go to the bottom line. This hits advertising, HyperTV
ITV the whole gamit.

We are getting 50% of advertising and 50% of ecommerce from The Box. Samuels said 5-6 more deals like this will generate absolutely HUGE REVENUES. I believe we are talking in the billions in annual revs.

Gotta go!

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
