<SEG owns aprox 90M (post 3:2 split) shares of VRTS>

SEG updated the figure to 85M shares of VRTS at their conference call. They also mentioned the SEG shares outstanding are up to 216M from 208M. I think they issued shares of SEG to buy out SEG individuals that owned VRTS stock from the initial VRTS transaction.

This makes the current VRTS worth about(85M X $147.75)/216M = $58.14 per share of SEG.
