Jab, my comments were on interest rates and that is it. Other indicators guide us in stocks. The comment referred to West Texas Crude that had been ona sell signal a week ago but soon reverted to a buy signal which is very unusual for a long term chart like West Texas Crude. I said what appeared to be light in the tunnel was extinguished with the buy signal. THAT WAS ON RATES ONLY Tom
