All I can say is that there is a strong belief that UPGD through its UltaCard acquisition has the goods. Have you checked to see who the Chairman of UltraCard is? A man with his reputation does not get involved with Ponzi schemes. The "poor saps" buying this stock today were major institutions. The retail investor went long on this stock between $.18 - $3.50. Good luck with your short position. etc.
