According to John Moynahan, CFO of XYBR, all shares have been converted and there are no conversions left to be done. If you question this as basic fact I would suggest you visit the Yahoo! XYBR Club board and ask Mr. Moynahan himself. A fact is a fact.

ROFL - like his past revenue predictions that were off by what was it - 90%?
