Rodime just won't go away, will they? I guess that's what happens when you're having fun, and you only have one reason for existing, i.e., this lawsuit. What is really ironic is that Seagate got hurt when the 3.5 inch drive was first introduced, as Al S. didn't jump all over it, and FC did. Now it comes back and bites them again. Well, it's far from certain that this patent will be allowed. On the face of it, it sounds a bit broad, to put it mildly. And if it does hit Seagate, it will hit the entire industry. Such is the burden of being the leader.
