Had to go to a periodic table of the elements - webelements.com - to see where germanium was [it's in the range with carbon, silicon, tin and lead .. so technically it's a metal] ... and tripped over this cartoon, 'Environmental Scientists in the Wild West' - webelements.com
... which might help to cheer up Aber shareholders today, anachronisms that they are, trying to mine in the right country in the wrong century.
