I have been holding equal dollar amounts of QWST and LVLT for this past year. I rather expected QWST to have the edge since they had a head start, but now it appears to me they have stumbled trying to become a baby bell (a shrinking industry). I'm thinking it may be time to cash in the QWST. TP
