If I understand the original statement correctly, the insiders would not have to sell in six months; they would have to not sell for six months.

If such is the perspective of the employees, what does it say??? Perhaps they are all day-traders by habit??

I am not negative on Amati. I have not seen anyone post higher prices than my own buy-in that is still holding.

Raising such questions serve the purpose of pinching ourselves to see if this is all a euphoria from a dream.

BTW, your response to the insider sales does go some way in assuaging concerns.
