Anyone have an opinion on ARTT. Friend of a friend recommendation type thing. Heard about it 3 days ago. Now its gone from 19 to 26. PnF shows a double top breakout, but its in overbought territory, should I chase or wait for a pullback?. Thanks, Jeff
