Does it really matter?

Mostly, its curiosity on my part as I like to know which funds are selling or buying CKFR.

I don't know if this is a correct assumption, but I assumed that it was a sale since the price was lifted up and then dropped after that.

So, someone selling 75K shares, especially so close to earnings, is somewhat disconcerting (to me). I guess we can assume that its not a management insider since their trading window is probably closed right now.

Maybe I was wrong, maybe it was a buy. In any case, I'd still be curious to know who's buyin'...
