About a month ago I posted here talking about open access for cable in Canada (my how things have changed in a month). As you may remember, OA is mandated in Canada by the CRTC. One cable co announced that it had given term and rate sheets to ISPs detailing what was required. After a month I've managed to get a hold of one. Here are my notes (i cant post the whole thing because it is confidential, but i did post the notes I felt were already being discussed in public.) Message 12620245 This now takes on different meaning for AOL in different markets. Regards Jay
