Why the distinction? Canada, USA, whats the dif?

Well, if you'd watched JDSFitel grow from a small shop into an international powerhouse and then had it referred to as a US company every time it was mentioned it the press, you'd probably be pleased your British cousins recognized its Canadian roots.

Imagine having your team go to the Olympics and over-night take on a different national identity. A gold medal would still be a gold medal, but you'd want your country to get some credit.

From a shareholder's perspective, in all the ways that count, it doesn't really matter.
