Oh Tom, you mean like the mishanding of information by LU? So your saying that LU is not a reputable company? Give me a break, the longs are such whining cry babies. If I short a stock and it blows out earnings.. can I sue the company for not posting ahead of time they are going to blow out earnings? Boo hoo.. I am long the stock and I m a giant crybaby.
