IMO, even with the brief period of time, and even with an approximation by the autopsying {it is a well-recognized fact that I am prone to creating verbs} ME, hopefully, it will evidence, or, even, indicate, whether Suzanne was murdered:

A. prior to arriving at/being delivered to the crime scene;
B. while at the crime scene; or,
C. at the hospital {which, based on Mrs. Oxley's observations, seems
. ..unlikely}.
