Don?t Scream: XLA worth $562/share including deo.com!

Note: This is coochi?s revised 01-20-00 opinion only as posted to clearstation BB on 12-23-99

Today XLA hit 191+ for a high!
On 11-24-99 I posted on all Boards :
"Don't Laugh: XLA worth $203/share Easy!"
XLA was at 37 on 11-24-99!

In April on SI SCF board, I predicted XLA would be
100 (post split). XLA was at 8. It reached 98!

Here's how I arrived at my current share price!

first, a caching/cd /streaming company roundup on 12-23-99

company symbol share $ markt cap Sales

Akamai AKAM 281 24B 1M
InterVU ITVU 106 2B
CacheFlow CFLO 116 4B 7M
Digital/sandpiper ISLD 124 5B
Xcelera XLA 160 1.8B 11M*

* (at least, from hotel san antonio and a profit of 0.14/share!
Interestingly, XLA is the only profitable caching company at this time)

Facts:
1) XLA secures a Hewlett Packard as significant backer with 32M+ investment!
see 12/21/99: moneycentral.msn.com
2) Mirror Image Technology endorsed as "winner in CD technology" by HP eggheads!
Them guys ain't dumb!
See 12/22/99: digitalmass.com
3) Mirror Image has 2 Significant European Patents on Caching and Content Delivery!
See: 507pm.com
4) Mirror Image CEO Cosmo (Cos) Santullo appears to have leadership potential
see 12/23/99: moneycentral.msn.com
(Note: With a name like that; he?s gotta be gud!)

Assumptions:
1) MII finishes the 32 site buildout ( On schedule for mid 2000, Employees Bullish)
2) MII integrate HP e-speaks technology!
3) MII adheres to strict SEC financial filings!
4) MII sales grow fast and are about $7M next year (Same as cacheflow, With HP?s help, this estimate might be too low) (01-20-00) Note: MII projects $10M in 2000 and $20M in 2001
5) XLA owns 91% of MII and its IPO!

First, I now hear the Content delivery has a 45B potential!

Second, I focus on Akamai. HP feels that Mirror Images CAP sites and
backbone internet over-layer is superior to Akamai?s et-the-edge servers!

Third, I?ll reduce Akamai?s market cap to $20B.
and I?ll discount it to 80% or $16B.

Fourth, XLA owns 91% of Mirror Image so I project
XLA?s market cap at 0.91 * 16B or 14.6B

fifth, I?ll discount that to 80% or 11.7B

Deo.com worth $40/share as ipo!

Hotels, etc. worth $2/share

MNW records not valued!

Sixth, the math, XLA price = 80 * 11.7B / 1.8B + 40 + 2 or $562!

This is my conservative estimate! Please don?t scream!

This is the presplit (before January 10,2000) target,

after 2/1 split, of course, it becomes $520!

Note: this is inline with ebullish (zgarage) the chart watcher?s estimate!
