Jay, I don't see 9 lawsuits against LU, do you?

LU did what a reputable company should do, provided warnings early. FMKT management allegedly knew, prior to its IPO, about the GM/CMRC deal and GM's intention to cancel but failed to disclose the info in a timely manner. That's why FMKT is slapped with 9 lawsuits and counting.
