" I doubt very much that things in SA have changed. " I have just returned from that part of the world. SA is still a very beautiful country, however, there are more corrupt elements now than the apartheid period ever saw. There are however promising signs that some authorities are putting their foot down, however one or two swallows do not make a summer. eom
