I've posted extensive DD a number of posts earlier. Short summary- hooked up with Microsoft, Sun, Cisco, GTE, GE, others. Finland and NTT Japan have adopted LonWorks as THE standard protocol for networking home/business appliances ( washer, dryers, ovens, etc.) internet, intranet, infranet. Their patent position and standard position currently look unassailable- hard to even pick out potential competitors. The mgmt. team is extraordinary, and various members sit on the boards of Cisco, Sun, others which I can't recall. The are leaders on the Plug and Play committee put together by Microsoft.
The float is small, 47% of all stock held by the insiders. Lots more DD readily found on the ELON boards.
