An announcement of Cyclone production would in itself be a non-event. Only a few have any clue what it is and what it does and what it makes possible, and they wouldn't believe you if you told them. They would figure it to be real blue-sky hype and shy away. I repeat, the biggie will be the announcement of Cyclone deliveries, in quantity, to Franklin's new allies. Everybody understands big $$$ followed by more big $$$. I wouldn't be surprised to see production and the first delivery (with dollar figures) in the same press release.
