That is all well and good but...

My broker and everyone I know seems to say that SEG is undervalued based on the VRTS position. I'm told don't sell, don't sell but just hate to watch this dog keep languishing.

Any idea why the street and even SEG can't get the proper valuation which recognizes VRTS ownership? If I was SEG I'd be continuing to buy up my own shares. I realize they were doing this for a while but not sure what they are doing now to increase shareholder value.
