Well I have seen everything until just now.I have been on hold with RBC Action Direct since 9:45 EST and just got through to them at 10:23EST......I Phoned them.I also have an order that is pending since 10:03EST and it is still pending.I got so peeved off when Robert at Action Direct answered I told him to forget it.I suggest anyone who is contemplating a system of execution to look elsewhere until the Royal Bank gets their finger out of their ear and hires some people.That is pathetic.I only have a small RRSP left with them but the 2033 transfer form is being completed right now.PATHETIC.....
