Xerxes,

Do you feel that there might be reasonable amount of deal risk in that HP and VFI might mesh 2 completely different cultures and operating principles? Notwithstanding the friendliness of the deal, how close do you feel that Hatib is willing to sign on and subscribe to the HP way? In contrast, how much leeway does HP attribute to its subsidiaries?
