I agree that the intimation of "cooked books" is presumptious...but let's not argue about that. Jake, Flyguy and I have merely raised some questions brought about by our due diligence. It is wise of any investor to undertake their own due diligence rather than take any company's IR sale's pitch or their underwriter's analyst's sales pitch as the gospel truth. These are mostly legitimate questions that could affect ZOLT's share price. Let's discuss them so each investor on this thread can make an informed investment decision.

After having bought and sold ZOLT shares twice over the last few years, I am at the moment not a shareholder. As for why I hang around this thread, it is because I have a lot of time and energy into this company and hope that my knowledge can make me some more money, either as a long or as a short investor. Do you really want to confine any discussion to only the bulls with blinders. While we may have different takes on the same situation, knowledge is power.

May we all make money and be happy!
