s. martin,

I agree. The present situation at ADVR may not warrant the high salary and perks that
Dr. Hirschman is receiving. It is like having a multi-million dollar, super-star, ball player
on a last place team. If the compensation for Bregman and Friedland is around $35,000 each,
I considered it to be minimum wage in the world of business. It is my option that the
extravagance that we are now seeing will only be acceptable if and when ADVR begins to
sell large quantities of Reticulose.

The methods or actions being taken by Dr. Hirschman to build ADVR into a viable biotech
company appear to me to be proper and well thought out. These means appear to be justifying
the ends we are all hoping for. A very positive sign for this opinion has recently surfaced.
There has been a large number of highly qualified applicants responding to
Dr. Hirschman's recruiting. The reason for this is that the applicants want to work
at the forefront of medical technology. Does this not indicate that there is something great
that is about to happen to ADVR? So, maybe Dr. Hirschman is being payed too much at this
time for the present ADVR situation but, it could turn out to be very equitable if our [the bulls]
desired end is attained.

P. S. When you cited the Cayman property I took it that you meant to have written
the Freeport property .
