it does. btw, Bob Prechter has in a recent missive targeted Dow 13,070 as a logical area for a top, based on regarding the '74 bear market low as the beginning of this secular bull rather than the more commonly looked at '82 low. he arrives at the number using some Fibonacci multiple...in any case, it may well be a contrary signal that he's now admitting the potential for even higher prices....<gg>
