Sure thing David, Happy to have the feedback. I think that the notary was just being overly cautious, and her issue is largely immaterial. I will be interested to hear what feedback you get on the other front Lawyers can have different legal opinions and many areas are gray and can be argued in a pro or con fashion. I would think these are mere ripples on the lake in the big picture :) John
