e-document Presentment Leader Opens Four New U.S. Offices and Grows Its Expert
Team

TORONTO and DALLAS, Jan 20, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Xenos Group (TSE:
XNS), a leader in software for online document, statement and bill
presentment, today announced the opening of four new offices in the
United States.

Xenos now has locations operating in New York City and San Diego, as
well as in the Chicago and Denver metropolitan areas.

Xenos also announced today the following advancements on its sales
team:



- Dan Wiseman, Western regional sales manager, Denver
metropolitan area
- Mark Suda, account manager, Chicago metropolitan area
- John Stimson, account manager, New York City
- Cliff Park, account manager, San Diego
- Rusty Duke, account manager, Dallas

electronic document, statement and bill presentment solutions in North

Dan Wiseman, based in the Denver metropolitan area, has been promoted
to Western regional sales manager. In his new capacity, he will be
responsible for all Xenos sales West of Ohio, inclusive. Additionally,
Duke, Park and Suda all will report directly to Wiseman, who will
continue to develop strategic company relationships. This includes
Xenos' current relationship with Just In Time, which combines each
company's award-winning technologies - Documorph(TM) and BillCast(TM)
-- to provide an industry leading EBPP solution. Prior to joining Xenos
in February 1999, Wiseman served as a senior account executive and
country manager (in Canada) for Viasoft, Inc. He brings nearly 20 years
of computer software sales and services experience to Xenos.

Mark Suda, account manager, runs Xenos' new office in the Chicago
metropolitan area. Suda has more than five years of experience in
mainframe and client/sever software sales. Before becoming a member of
the Xenos management team, Suda was senior account manager at Mobius
Management Systems, where his duties included new product sales for
mainframe and client/server and mainframe-based document management
software to Fortune 5000 companies. Suda also has held sales positions
at Continental Resources, Inc., Nightingale Conant and American
Transportation Logistics Services (ATLS).

John Stimson joins Xenos as an account manager operating the Company's
New York City office. Stimson brings with him three years of experience
in business development from Xerox, where he was a top national
performer. There, John's responsibilities included managing sales
production of Xerox - and third-party enterprise-wide document
management solution software, hardware and services; managing
product-specific sales performance; as well as facilitating new
business development with new clients.

Cliff Park serves as an account manager at Xenos' new San Diego office.
In his new position, he is responsible for sales in the entire West
Coast region. Cliff brings to Xenos more than six years of experience
in sales and business development. He joins Xenos from Pitney Bowes,
where he had been successful in selling complex software products to
Fortune 100 companies in several vertical markets. Previously, he
worked at IKON Office Solutions, where he facilitated imaging software,
facilities management and photocopying sales to the legal vertical. In
addition, Park served as a sales representative at Xerox early in his
career.

Rusty Duke has been appointed to Xenos Group's Dallas office as account
manager, where he manages Xenos' Southwest region of the United Sates.
Duke brings over 15 years of experience in the software, computer and
communications industries. Prior to joining Xenos, he worked at
Platinum Technology Inc., where played a key role in the account sales
of enterprise infrastructure software, consulting and education
solutions to several large national accounts. Duke also worked at Axxys
Technologies and TCI Cablevision, both of Dallas.

space, a subset of which Killen & Associates, a leading market research
and consulting firm, recently has examined. In fact, a study Killen
recently conducted for Xenos predicted a $32 billion North American
electronic statement and electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP)
