I do know that some Customer Service people are working overtime and in shifts to get orders in.<

This is consistent with what I have heard. I too was told that they are trying to minimize the shortfall by making a big push here at quarter end. Still, I am not sure that the market will not see through that. Didn't the stock take a bit of a hit last quarter (although it topped expectations) over suspicions that the quarter was backloaded?
