Al, when people understand that high tech stocks are about tomorrow, not today or yesterday then they'll understand that investing in these stocks are playing the future. When the future involves the biggest niche market that this world has ever seen, it is hard to ignore the players Franklin is involved with and not see value. Any one of them could gulp up 500 units of the Cyclone and not even bat an eyelash. To them it's nothing, to FTEL it's about $4 million. In a conversation I once had with Frank about when he built the company up to over $50 million, he stated that it happened so fast it was litterally overnight. Rags to riches in three shakes of lambs tail. To date USRX remains FTEL's largest customer on the D-mark to date, but as Frank put it, that is gonna change real soon. Now we were talkin about the D-mark not the Cyclone, so who knows what is behind that statement.

The one consideration that I don't think anyone has addressed is that if Franklin were to come out with a really huge statement, that was cross referenced with some very large recognizable name in the industry, there is a chance that it could be halted pending dessemination of news and balancing of orders. That means there won't be a chance to manuever yourself into the stock on a climb up the ladder, where it opens, that's the price, period. Let's just say that Franklin had a huge deal with someone like HWP, and that the news explained some whiz bang technology that allowed HWP to achieve some unbelievable revolutionary new feat of daring adue via satellite using HP computers, and it mentioned the Franklin Telecom (FTEL - OTCBB). Do you think the investment community that follows HP would consider the impact that it would have on a little company, and that it might just get halted till orders were balanced?

Well I had that happen to me once and it happened to be with a company that got a large contract with none other than HP. I thought I was smart in playing flipper McGee, well let me tell you that stock ran away from me, and that was the end of the game. My flippers had trimmed real good after having invested almost two years into the stock. Adios Amigo, bon voyage, hasta leugo mucho, it was outta here.

Think it can't happen here with FTEL, think again. Franklin isn't playing with the mom and pops, they are playing for keeps with the big boys. When you have already been told in previous announcements that the likes of Boeing, WCOM, GTE, Ceridian and WebTV are involved, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they are fooling around with some half assed venture, they play for the big jackpots.

When that jackpot is identified, it may be to late to buy this much under the old highs.

Does that mean that it will happen like that, NO. But I damn well won't find myself in a position to find out, ever again. Not after 2 yrs and all the pieces of the puzzle already laid out there to be assembled.

Financial pain may come to those that short it, but mental anguish will beset those that don't have the foresight to see beyond their noses.
